Qualification

A creative mind capable of generating innovative and impactful marketing ideas
Passionate and understanding of various social media platforms (eg. Tik Tok, Instagram, and Linkedin) and their best practices for engaging content
Has the capability to shoot, take pictures, and edit (at least using TikTok tools, VN, CapCut)
Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
Having a background in Social Media or Creative Agency
Malang-based is a must.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the Creative Director to identify social content opportunities that drive brand awareness and communication
Research, Scriptwriting. and Produce engaging video content
Provide competitive insights and conduct social media content planning on a weekly basis.
Improve the social media experience. create engaged audiences, and facilitate organic growth.
Write creative and compelling social media copywriting that capture our brand's voice and tone
