Job description for Social Media Officer (Intern) at PT Social Commerce Indonesia

Job Description :

Memantau dan membalas komentar, DM, serta mention di seluruh platform sosial media (Instagram, Tiktok, dan platform lainnya) sesuai peraturan direct manager.
Melakukan monitoring performa konten harian atau mingguan.
Melakukan riset brand, hastag, dan kompetitor untuk mendukung ide konten.
Melaporkan isu teknis platform (shadowban, error, insight, dan sebagainya) kepada tim terkait.
Membuat akun sosial media baru (Instagram, Tiktok, dan platform lainnya) untuk kebutuhan upload konten.
Mengelola database semua akun sosial media miliki Tim yang sudah ada dan sedang berjalan.

Job Requirements :

Mahasiswa tingkat akhir jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi, Marketing, dan jurusan relevan lainnya (Fresh Graduate are welcome!)
Berpengalaman mengelola akun sosial media baik Instagram, TikTok, dan platform lainnya.
Memahami penggunaan Google Docs, Google Sheet, dan lainnya.
Kreatif, komunikatif, terorganisir, teliti dan memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik.
Bersedia sistem kerja WFO di Alam Sutera, Tangerang
