SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

📌 Job Description:

• Develop and develop social media content strategies and planning.

• Create, manage, and publish engaging content on various social media platforms.

• Monitor social media performance, insights, and audience engagement.

• Follow social media trends and develop creative ideas to increase brand awareness.

• Manage and optimize social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

• Collaborate with the team in supporting the company's marketing and branding campaigns.

• Make periodic reports and evaluate social media performance.

📌 Qualifications:

• Minimum S1 Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, or related fields.

• Have at least 1-2 years of experience in the field of Social Media Marketing or Content Marketing.

• Creative, communicative, and keeping up with the latest social media trends.

• Understand the use of analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics.

• Be able to use content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar applications.

• Have good communication and time management skills.

• Able to work independently or in a team.
