Job Description
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our company’s social media presence, especially for the property/real estate industry.
You will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing daily social media activities, and analyzing performance to increase brand awareness, engagement, leads, and sales.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
* Create and manage monthly/weekly content plans and content calendars.
* Develop creative content ideas, including Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, carousels, and static posts.
* Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls-to-action.
* Coordinate and/or assist in photo and video production.
* Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithms.
* Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports and insights.
* Analyze content performance and continuously improve the strategy based on data.
* Manage community engagement, including comments, messages, and audience interactions.
* Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to create content that supports business and sales objectives.
* Help develop campaigns and promotional content for property projects and company initiatives.
* Monitor competitors and identify new opportunities for content and social media growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, Stories, trends, and short-form video content.
- Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to generate fresh content ideas.
- Able to understand social media analytics and translate data into actionable strategies.
- Familiar with social media management and analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of content creation, photography, and video production.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Experience in property/real estate, lifestyle, or other consumer-facing industries is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Able to use Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or directing talent for social media content.
- Understands how to create content specifically for lead generation and sales, not only engagement.
- Has experience growing social media accounts organically.
- Has a strong portfolio of previous social media work.
