[SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER]

We are a medium-sized startup company that will soon scale up to become a large startup. Our work culture upholds the values of the Qur'an & Hadith. We are looking for an expert Social Media Manager with a strong portfolio who is passionate about optimizing digital social media assets, managing accounts with hundreds of thousands of followers, and achieving millions of account reach. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for:

[Key Tasks]

Social Media Strategy & Management:

  • Has experience proven to manage social media accounts with hundreds of thousands of followers and verified blue tick status on TikTok or Instagram, with a revenue in the billions per month.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's business vision and target audience.
  • Create and execute effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and sales conversions.
  • Develop strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and all social media channels.
  • Manage and allocate budgets for social media initiatives, ensuring expenditures align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Be responsible for planning and controlling the budget for all digital marketing activities.

Content Creation & Planning:

  • Manage and develop a content calendar to plan and schedule posts effectively on each platform.
  • Plan engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored for each platform (TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube).
  • Manage social media content, including posts, campaigns, community management, and advertisements.

Engagement & Community Management:

  • Ensure exceptional interaction and customer/follower experiences across all social media channels.
  • Collaborate with influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to expand reach and generate high-quality sales leads.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with followers through active and engaging interactions.

Growth & Innovation:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and the latest social media innovations, implementing best practices to optimize performance.
  • Keep track of changes and developments in social media platform algorithms and stay up to date with the latest techniques.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry news to keep content fresh and relevant.

Collaboration & Synergy:

  • Work in synergy with the digital marketing, branding, and sales teams to ensure effective campaigns.
  • Coordinate across functions to ensure campaigns run according to business plans and strategies.
  • Manage and mentor the social media team to ensure all programs are executed effectively.

Research, Analysis & Performance Reporting:

  • Analyze social media data and insights to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Manage reports on social media performance metrics across all platforms and provide recommendations for decision-making.
  • Conduct data analysis to measure the performance of social media campaigns and provide periodic reports.
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify the latest trends and market opportunities.

[Qualifications]

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager and proven ability to lead a social media team effectively.
  • Able to showcase a portfolio of top achievements as a Social Media Manager.
  • Holds at least a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Strong strategic thinking, demonstrated in designing, implementing, and optimizing effective social media strategies.
  • Willing to be based in Yogyakarta with a Work-from-Office (WFO) system.
  • Proficient in market research, competitor analysis, and related tools.
  • Creative mindset with innovative ideas for content strategies across different platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
