Job Description
- Develop and execute social media strategies across TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Lead the Social Media and Content Creator team to deliver engaging and high-performing content.
- Monitor social media trends, FYP trends, audience behavior, and competitors.
- Analyze content performance, including views, engagement, CTR, traffic, and conversions.
- Develop content calendars, creative concepts, and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with KOL, Creative, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to support brand and sales objectives.
- Continuously optimize content strategy based on performance data and market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Content Management.
- Experience in BEAUTY, SKINCARE, HEALTHCARE PRODUCTS (FMCG) it's a must!
- Strong understanding of TikTok, FYP trends, and social media algorithms.
- Proven experience in leading or managing a Content Creator/Social Media team.
- Strong analytical, creative, leadership, and communication skills.
- Data-driven, proactive, innovative, and results-oriented.
