Social Media Manager

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who doesn't just manage social platforms, but knows how to build brands, shape content strategies, and lead creative execution from idea to publication.

What You'll Do

- Lead the social media strategy for multiple client accounts across various platforms.

- Develop monthly content strategies, content calendars, and campaign plans aligned with each brand's objectives.

- Research trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to keep content relevant and impactful.

- Generate creative content ideas and campaign concepts that drive engagement and brand growth.

- Write compelling copywriting, captions, and content briefs.

- Coordinate with Creative, Videography, Graphic Design, and Editing teams throughout the content production process.

- Review and ensure content quality before publication.

- Schedule, publish, and manage social media content.

- Analyze content performance, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Maintain brand consistency across all client communication and digital platforms.

What We're Looking For

- Strong understanding of social media strategy, branding, and content marketing.

- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

- Creative thinker with strong planning and organizational abilities.

- Able to manage multiple brands and projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.

- Passionate about staying ahead of digital trends and platform updates.

Bonus Points If You

- Have experience in videography and understand the content production workflow.

- Can create visual assets using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.

- Are AI Friendly and actively use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar platforms to streamline ideation, copywriting, research, and creative workflows.

- Have a good eye for visual storytelling, photography, and content aesthetics.
