- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja sebagai social media specialist di bidang Education (Memiliki portofolio, pengalaman yang relevan)
- Memiliki basic pemahaman mengenai editing, copywriting, voiceover, dan pembuatan konten video.
- Storyteller, bisa membangun Engagement, bisa menjual ke Conversion.
- Kreatif, antusias dan senang explore Social Media & Brand.
- Aktif menggunakan social media (Instagram, Twitter TikTok), social media savvy, brand enthusiast.
- Bisa membuat campaign, mengelola content marketing & performance marketing
- Konsep, content plan dan copywriting postingan sosial media, interaksi, materi promosi, berkontribusi pada kebutuhan kreatif hingga design dan video.
- Aktif mengenali tren dan profil audiens, konten dan algoritma sosial media, dan tren industri.
- Membuat konsep dan strategi utama, content pillar, brand guideline, marketing guideline
- Meningkatkan value brand, metrik digital marketing, sosial media, revenue produk, retensi konsumen.
- Memproduksi video dengan visual yang sesuai, untuk konsep storytelling, advertising, ataupun social experiment.
- Menginisiasikan KOL, endorsement, collab, affiliate.
- Berkontribusi pada optimasi marketing, riset dan ideation kebutuhan pengembangan sosial media, campaign.
- Membuat laporan kinerja harian, mingguan, atau bulanan.
