Job Description :

  • Lead end-to-end social media strategy, awareness → conversion
  • Manage & develop tim content creator, designer, editor
  • Create & oversee high-volume content untuk beberapa platform
  • Drive performance: views, engagement, conversion
  • Identify winning content & scale konten viral
  • Plan & execute campaign (launching, promo, KOL collaboration)
  • Stay ahead of trends (beauty, hair care, TikTok-first content)

Requirement :

  • Berpengalaman 3–5 tahun pengalaman di Social Media / Content / Digital Marketing (preferably in Beauty Industry)
  • Strong di content strategy & storytelling
  • Data-driven & paham metrics (engagement, CTR, conversion)
  • Deep understanding of TikTok & Instagram algorithm
  • Fast, agile, dan sangat up-to-date dengan trend
  • Bersedia di tempatkan di Kawasan Mega Kuningan Jakarta Selatan
