We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and strategic Social Media Lead to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will lead social media strategy, content direction, and community growth while ensuring all campaigns align with brand identity and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
- Lead end-to-end content planning including monthly calendars, campaign ideas, and daily posting
- Supervise content production process including briefing, photoshoot/video shoot direction, and content execution
- Analyze social media performance, insights, and audience behavior to optimize engagement and growth
- Monitor trends, platform updates, competitors, and viral content opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Brand, KOL, and Marketing teams for campaign execution
- Manage and mentor social media team members to ensure high-quality and timely output
- Build strong online community engagement and maintain brand tone of voice
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Oversee social media KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth,and conversion performance
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Social Media, Content, or Digital Marketing, preferably in beauty/skincare/cosmetics industry
- Strong understanding of beauty trends, social media culture, and consumer behavior
- Experienced in leading social media campaigns and managing creative teams
- Strong knowledge of TikTok & Instagram algorithms, analytics, and content strategy
- Creative thinker with excellent storytelling and copywriting skills
- Hands-on experience with social media tools and analytics platforms
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
- Passionate about beauty, branding, and digital trends
