We're Hiring Influencer & Partnerships Intern
Responsibilities
Research and identify influencers, creators, KOLs, and potential brand partners that align with our wellness brands.
Build and maintain a well-organized database of creators, influencers, and business partners.
Conduct outreach via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn.
Coordinate influencer campaigns from onboarding to content delivery.
Assist in negotiating collaboration terms and partnership agreements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators, communities, and partner brands.
Monitor campaign performance and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Research market trends, competitors, and collaboration opportunities within the wellness and lifestyle industry.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute influencer campaigns and brand activations.
Prepare campaign reports and partnership performance summaries.
Requirements
Undergraduate student or fresh graduate from any major.
Previous experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, partnerships, business development, marketing, or related roles through internships, freelance work, organizations, or personal projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in outreach, networking, and relationship building.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace.
Passionate about wellness, lifestyle, beauty, and creator marketing.
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
Bonus Points
Existing network of influencers or creators.
Experience using Notion, Trello, Airtable, or CRM tools.
Familiarity with influencer analytics and campaign reporting.
Strong copywriting or presentation skills.
