Social Media Internship

📍South Jakarta | Full WFO, Monday–Friday

We’re hiring a Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team and work across Nipplets & GThings.

If you’re into social media, content, and digital culture, this is a chance to get hands-on experience in the full content process, from planning and brainstorming to publishing and performance review.

What You’ll Do :

- Support daily content across Instagram & TikTok

- Help manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing

- Join brainstorming, trend research, and content development

- Support short-form content creation, from idea to execution

- Stay updated on relevant trends, creators, and conversations

- Monitor comments, mentions, and audience feedback

- Collect and organize social media performance data

- Help review content performance and identify simple, actionable insights

- Support campaigns, launches, and day-to-day social media activities

What We’re Looking For:

- You enjoy social media, content, and digital culture

- Familiar with Instagram & TikTok and their content formats

- Curious, creative, and eager to learn

- Organized with strong attention to detail

- Comfortable working with numbers and basic social media data

- Communicative, proactive, and collaborative

- Able to keep up with fast-moving timelines and priorities

Nice to Have:

- Basic Canva, CapCut, or short-form video editing skills

- Previous experience managing social media for a campus organization, personal project, small business, or internship

- A portfolio or examples of social media/content work
