DollarsAndSense, a financial media publisher based in Singapore, is looking for a Social Media Intern to support our content and social media efforts across platforms such as Instagram, Telegram and TikTok.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating social media content, understands how different platforms work, and is interested in making finance more relatable and accessible to everyday Singaporeans.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the management of DollarsAndSense’ social media channels, including Instagram, Telegram and TikTok
• Repurpose financial articles, videos and content ideas into platform-appropriate social media posts
• Create simple graphics, short-form videos and visual posts for social media
• Edit and cut short video clips for use across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
• Assist in tracking social media performance, including reach, engagement, growth and conversions
• Support the creative and editorial teams in producing infographics, visual assets and campaign-related content
• Keep track of social media trends and suggest ideas that may be relevant for DollarsAndSense
Who We’re Looking For
• Someone who understands how Instagram, TikTok and Telegram work differently
• Comfortable creating graphics, short videos and visual content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar platforms
• Has a good eye for visuals, pacing and storytelling in short-form content
• Interested in personal finance, current affairs and educational content
• Able to work independently while collaborating with the creative and editorial teams
• Willing to learn how social media metrics can be used to improve content performance
• Strong written and spoken English, as our content is in English
