Job description for Social Media Intern at MSBU Group

Requirements:

Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Active on social media and understand basic platform algorithms (having a wide and strong follower reach is a plus).
Passionate about digital marketing and public communication.
Creative, love exploring new ideas, and not afraid to try new things.
Positive attitude, eager to learn, and quick to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and optimize our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube): uploading, scheduling, writing captions, creating thumbnails, and selecting hashtags.
Create light content (photos, simple reels) and collaborate with editors for main content production.
Monitor insights and prepare regular social media growth reports.
Engage with audiences through comments, replies, and community building activities.
Analyze social media trends to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.

Duration: 6 months
