Jobdesc:

1. Research social media trends, audience insights, and relevant topics for content development.
2. Develop EP (Execution Plan), from research to content execution.
3. Conduct research for podcast topics and potential speakers.
4. Prepare podcast outlines and host questions.
5. Support podcast preparation and production processes.
6. Assist the team during podcast production.

Qualifications:

1. Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major (Communication Science/Marketing Communication is preferred).
2. Active on social media and up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
3. Strong research and analytical skills.
4. Good copywriting skills.
5. Detail-oriented and organized.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Adaptable and willing to learn.
