Job description for Social Media Intern at MSBU Group

Job Description:

- Mengelola IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube: upload, scheduling, caption, thumbnail, hashtag.

- Membuat konten ringan (foto, reel sederhana) dan bekerja dengan editor untuk konten utama.

- Memantau insight dan membuat laporan rutin pertumbuhan sosial media.

- Melakukan interaksi dengan audience: comment, reply, community building.

- Menganalisis tren media sosial untuk ide konten baru.

Requirements:

- Mahasiswa aktif / fresh graduate jurusan Komunikasi, Marketing, PR, DKV, Multimedia, atau bidang terkait, dengan minat kuat di digital marketing & content creation.

- Memahami dasar pengelolaan media sosial (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), termasuk basic copywriting, content planning, dan riset tren/kompetitor.

- Mampu membantu pembuatan konten, caption, scheduling, monitoring engagement, serta report performa sederhana.

- Familiar dengan tools seperti Canva/Figma; pengalaman menggunakan Meta Business Suite atau TikTok Ads Manager menjadi nilai tambah.

- Kreatif, aktif di media sosial, up-to-date dengan tren, adaptif, dan eager to learn.

- Memiliki portofolio (projek pribadi, tugas kuliah, organisasi, atau pengalaman mengelola akun media sosial).
