Kualifikasi (Requirements)

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 dari jurusan Marketing, Ilmu Komunikasi, Digital Marketing, atau bidang relevan lainnya.

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, atau posisi sejenis.

Memahami algoritma, tren, karakteristik audiens, serta perkembangan platform TikTok.

Memiliki kemampuan dalam menyusun strategi konten yang berorientasi pada peningkatan reach, engagement, traffic, dan conversion.

Mampu membaca, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasikan data performa konten melalui TikTok Analytics maupun tools analitik lainnya.

Memiliki kemampuan mengidentifikasi winning content dan mengembangkan strategi optimasi berdasarkan hasil analisis data.

Memahami strategi digital marketing dan bagaimana media sosial dapat berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan penjualan serta revenue perusahaan.

Memiliki kemampuan berpikir kreatif, analitis, strategis, dan berorientasi pada target.

Mengikuti perkembangan tren media sosial, khususnya TikTok, serta memahami pedoman dan kebijakan platform.

Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun berkolaborasi dengan tim Content Creator, Marketing, dan Sales.

Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan KPI serta mampu melakukan evaluasi dan improvement strategi secara berkala.
