Job description for Social Media Freelance at PT Social Bella Indonesia

Job Description

End-to-End Video Content Production; from concept, shooting, editing, revision, to final submission. Including : basic color correction, subtitles, simple motion/text overlays, and ensure output meets required technical specifications.
Content Delivery & Timeline Management; Deliver 2–4 videos per day (50-70 per month) aligned with the content calendar and agreed deadlines
Cross-Team Coordination & Reporting; Coordinate with Social Media Executive for briefing and approval, maintain daily work logs, and attend weekly WFO for alignment and production needs

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Content Creation, Video Production, or related field.
Up-to-date with the latest local beauty, skincare, makeup, and lifestyle trends across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
Camera-ready and confident in appearing as on-screen talent for social media content, including Reels, TikTok, and live sessions.
Strong understanding of Gen Z behavior, trends, and content preferences (especially TikTok & Reels)
Strong copywriting skills (engaging captions, hooks, and short-form storytelling)
Skilled in phone-based photography, videography, and video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools)
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume content environment, both collaboratively within a team and independently.
