• Plan and execute social media content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Create engaging content ideas that align with the brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Write compelling captions and content copy in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithm changes.
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, photographers, and KOLs.
• Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Create and manage content calendars and ensure timely content publishing.
• Engage with the online community and support brand growth initiatives.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends.
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills.
• Able to write engaging captions and content briefs.
• Familiar with Canva and basic content editing tools.
• Experience managing content calendars and social media analytics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passionate about beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, and personal care brands is a plus.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
