Job description for Social Media Content Specialist at Pt. Medica Indonesia

Minimal pendidikan D3/S1 (diutamakan jurusan Marketing, Manajemen, Bisnis, atau terkait & SMA/SMK dipersilahkan),
Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam mengelola toko di marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
Memiliki pemahaman terkait operasional marketplace, promosi, campaign, dan manajemen katalog produk.
Mampu mengelola produk, stok, harga, katalog, dan optimasi listing.
Menguasai fitur marketplace seperti: Shopee Ads / Iklan Shopee, Flash Sale, Campaign Harian & Bulanan, Voucher & Promo Toko, Mampu menganalisis data penjualan, trafik, dan performa iklan, Terampil menggunakan Excel/Spreadsheet (VLOOKUP, Pivot, dll).
Menyusun strategi harga, promo, bundling, dan program penjualan lainnya untuk meningkatkan konversi dan pendapatan.
Menciptakan strategi penjualan yang kreatif dan relevan, termasuk ide konten, campaign, dan optimasi katalog produk.
