About Us
We are introducing an innovative medical therapy to patients across Indonesia and are looking for a highly creative and commercially minded Social Media Video Content Creator to help build awareness, educate patients, and generate qualified leads through short-form video content.
This role is ideal for someone who understands not only content creation, but also how social media drives customer acquisition and conversion.
You will have the freedom to build either a doctor-focused personal brand account or a patient-focused educational account, depending on the content strategy that delivers the strongest results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Social Media Growth
* Build and grow social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
* Develop content plans and publishing schedules aligned with patient acquisition goals.
* Identify trends, content opportunities and platform best practices.
2. Video Content Creation
* Create engaging short-form video content from concept to publication.
* Write scripts, develop hooks, create storyboards and oversee production.
* Work independently or coordinate with freelance videographers/editors when necessary.
* Produce educational, trust-building and patient-centric content that encourages action.
3. Lead Generation & Audience Engagement
* Design strong calls-to-action that encourage inquiries and lead submissions.
* Monitor audience interactions and identify opportunities to convert viewers into potential patients.
* Continuously optimize content based on lead quality and conversion performance.
4. Performance Analysis
* Track content performance metrics including reach, engagement, inquiries and lead generation.
* Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
* Recommend improvements based on data and audience insights.

Requirements
* 5–7 years of experience in social media content creation, short-form video production or digital marketing.
* Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience growth strategies.
* Excellent storytelling and content planning skills.
* Experience creating content designed to generate inquiries, leads or customer actions.
* Ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines.
* Native-level Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
### Preferred
* Experience in healthcare, medical device, wellness or patient education content.
* Experience working with doctors, clinics or healthcare professionals.
* Basic understanding of customer acquisition funnels and lead conversion processes.
