Job description for Social Media Content Specialist at Hujan Rempah
We are looking for a Social Media & Content team member to support Hujan Rempah’s social media and marketing efforts. We value hands-on experience, initiative, and a can-do attitude over educational background.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms, including comments and DMs
- Develop and execute social media content and paid ads
- Develop designs for social media posts
- Create marketing collaterals, including banners, standing banners, menus, pricelists, and other promotional materials
- Produce photo and video content for social media
- Stay updated with social media trends and translate them into relevant content
- Support day-to-day marketing and promotional activities
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in social media, content, or marketing
- Experience in F&B is highly preferred
- Strong visual sense and understanding of social media trends
- Comfortable with design, photography, and basic video production
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take initiative
- Strong can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Based in Bogor
- Full-time preferred; hybrid work arrangement (3 days/week)
