Job description for Social Media Content Specialist at The Udaya
WE’RE HIRING: CONTENT SPECIALIST – SOCIAL MEDIA
The Udaya Resorts Group is looking for a creative mind who knows how to turn moments, spaces, and experiences into content people want to stop and look at. You’ll help shape our digital presence through strong visuals, engaging storytelling, and content that brings the character of our brands to life.
What we’re looking for:
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends
* A strong eye for photography, videography, composition, and visual storytelling
* Confident in writing engaging captions and social media copy
* Able to plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, shoots, and daily content
* Skilled in photo and video editing for social media
* Able to identify trends and creatively adapt them to fit the brand
* Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
* Strong understanding of branding and visual consistency
* Familiar with social media analytics, insights, and performance reporting
* Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, F&B, or luxury brands is a strong advantage
* Comfortable coordinating with different teams and talents during content production
* Fresh graduates with strong English skills are more than welcome to apply.
