Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand identity and business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end content production, including ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
• Create engaging and high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Develop creative campaigns and storytelling to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, E-commerce, KOL, Sales, and Product Development.
• Monitor social media trends, analyze content performance, and optimize strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
• Manage content calendars, production timelines, and creative projects to ensure consistent delivery.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in social media content production, digital marketing, or creative content development.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong proficiency in cross-departmental collaboration and project management.
• Proven experience in content strategy, storytelling, creative direction, and end-to-end content production.
• Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement.
• Experience in baby care, skincare, beauty, or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
