Role Description
This is a full-time role for a 'Social Media Content Creator' based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We offer a hybrid work model that includes opportunities for working from home. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for:
- Creating content for Imajinasi’s social media account. Developing and implementing engaging content across platforms, aligning with overall brand strategies. Think engaging videos, graphics, and posts that show off our personality.
- Managing all of Imajinasi's social media accounts (strategy, scheduling, and community engagement).
- The job is for Imajinasi's own social media, not for clients.
- Shooting exclusive BTS (Behind-The-Scenes) content during our project productions.
- Tracking growth with monthly reports and insight analysis performance. We want you to tell us what's working and why!
About The Process
We prefer to see your work portfolio (especially short video content), not your resume. There’ll be several steps in the hiring process. If you proceed to the next step, we’ll give challenge for you to do. For the Social Media content role, we’ll challenge you to create a short video about film/pop culture and moodboard of references that you think will suit our company.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Content Creation, Copywriting, Visual Storytelling, and Social Media Trends.
- Experience in social media management, analytics, and content scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with branding, marketing strategies, and audience behavior analysis.
- Strong Creativity, Communication, and Collaboration Skills.
- Knowledge of photography, video editing, audio editing, and graphic design software. (Example: Canva, Capcut, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop)
- Being able to use a DSLR camera is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with bachelor's/diploma degrees are welcome.
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment are essential.
- Comfortable acting and performing in front of camera.
FAQ
Where’s the office location and how many WFO days?
Our office location is in the Kemang area. The WFO is two days a week. But you still need to work during WFH. You need to report day-to-day activities each week.
Are you accepting fresh graduates?
YES! Fresh graduates are very welcome. Show your fresh ideas and content creation skill in your portfolio!
Can I apply if I’m still at university?
We’ll look at it case by case. If we really like your portfolio, we’ll consider your application.
Do I need to have my own equipment?
We prefer if you have your own laptop and smartphone. We’ll provide some other equipment, such as tripod, microphone and ring light.
