Job description for Social Media Content Creator at Circle Time!
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create social media content for Circle Time! Preschool & Daycare
- Visit school centers around 2-3x/week to take photo/video footage, rest of days can be WFH
- Create short videos, Reels, Stories, carousels, and simple static posts
- Write captions and content hooks that are relevant for parents
- Turn daily school moments into engaging content
- Coordinate with teachers and center teams for footage/content needs
- Schedule and publish content according to the content plan
- Share daily morning updates and end-of-day progress reports
- Communicate blockers early and clearly
- Take ownership of assigned centers and content output
Requirements:
- Experience creating social media content, especially short-form video
- Able to shoot and edit using CapCut
- Creative, organized, and able to work fast
- Strong sense of storytelling and visual judgment
- Comfortable visiting school centers for content taking
- Able to work independently without waiting for constant approval
- Responsible, communicative, and reliable with deadlines
- Interest in early childhood education, parenting, or school content is a plus
