- Monitor comments, mentions, DMs, dan social media activity secara berkala sesuai shift.
- Respond to comments dan DMs secara timely dan sesuai dengan tone of voice serta guidelines yang ditentukan.
- Identify dan categorize positive, neutral, dan negative comments.
- Detect potential complaints, sensitive issues, atau early signs of social media crisis.
- Immediately escalate negative comments atau potential crisis kepada Marketing/PR sesuai escalation flow.
- Interact dengan followers untuk menjaga engagement dan positive brand sentiment.
- Coordinate dengan Marketing & PR terkait comments/issues yang membutuhkan response atau handling khusus.
- Monitor recurring questions, complaints, dan feedback dari audience.
- Maintain monitoring log terkait notable comments, issues, dan escalation selama shift.
