Job description for Social Media & PR Officer at CORIM GROUP
We are looking for a creative, trend savvy, and strategic Social Media & PR Officer to strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms and public relations channels. This role is responsible for developing engaging social media content, managing online communities, executing PR initiatives, and building strong relationships with media, influencers, and partners to enhance brand awareness for our F&B and Lifestyle (Gym) businesses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Social Media, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience in the F&B, hospitality, fitness, lifestyle, or retail industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, content strategies, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience managing influencer/KOL collaborations and media relations.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance reporting.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to produce compelling campaigns and promotional content.
- Manage and engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, KOLs, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate PR activities, including press releases, media invitations, product launches, grand openings, and brand events.
- Organize influencer collaborations and evaluate campaign performance.
- Track, analyze, and report social media and PR performance using relevant analytics tools, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support marketing campaigns, brand activations, and community events for both F&B and gym businesses.
- Ensure all communications align with the company's branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
