Job Description:
Manage social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
Create engaging content, including short videos, Reels, TikTok, driver stories, and promotional content.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and customer acquisition.
Support ECGO driver acquisition and EVMOTO passenger growth.
Manage driver/community engagement and recruitment campaigns.
Handle social media inquiries, comments, and WhatsApp leads.
Organize and support events, field activations, test rides, and driver registration events.
Monitor social media trends, customer feedback, competitors, and online reputation.
Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, PR, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Growth Marketing, Community Marketing, or Customer/Driver Acquisition.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
Able to plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate marketing campaigns independently.
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and marketing data.
Strong communication, copywriting, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English.
Comfortable with field activities and community engagement in Jakarta/Jabodetabek.
Experience in ride-hailing, automotive, EV, logistics, delivery platforms, or community marketing is a plus.
