Job description for Social Media & Marketing Internship at KatsLab
We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Intern to support daily digital activities for client accounts and internal marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how social media operations, communication flow, and basic marketing activities work in a structured yet creative environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Student or fresh graduate in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Interested in social media, digital marketing, and online communication.
- Familiar with platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Organized, communicative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in daily social media operations across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok), including scheduling, posting, and handling audience interactions in a professional and brand-appropriate manner.
- Monitor social media trends, activity, and audience engagement to support content ideas, platform growth, and basic marketing activities such as lead research, outreach preparation, and follow-up coordination.
- Support reporting, documentation, and tracking of social media and marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal team members and external parties to support smooth day-to-day operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Commit to a 6-Month Internship Program.
- Available to work in a hybrid working arrangement: WFO: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, WFH: Tuesday, Thursday
- Working Hours: 09.00 – 17.00 WIB
