Job description for Social Media & KOL Specialist at antarestar outdoor
JOBDESK :
- Research, curate, and build a KOL database (mega, macro, micro, nano) in the outdoor, hiking, camping, travel, and sport niches.
- Negotiate rates and deliverables, then prepare work orders/partnership contracts.
- Write content briefs with the Creative team and ensure content follows brand guidelines.
- Manage product seeding, posting schedules, and follow ups until content goes live.
- Manage content permissions for Spark Ads/Partnership Ads with the Performance team.
- Track performance (reach, engagement, CPM, CPE, clicks, sales/voucher codes) and report per campaign.
- Manage the KOL budget and payment administration with Finance.
REQUIREMENT
- Min. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Min. 2 years as KOL Specialist/Influencer Marketing, preferably in fashion, sport, or outdoor brands.
- Has a KOL network and understands TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content trends.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, organized in contract administration.
- Used to reporting in Google Sheets and understands CPM, CPE, and ROI metrics.
- Max. age 30.
- Experience with TikTok One/Creator Marketplace or Shopee Affiliate, enjoys outdoor activities.
