Job description for Social Media & Graphic Designer at Enso Bali
What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
- Visual Design: Design attractive graphic materials for both print (menus, room compendiums, brochures) and digital needs (web banners, social media posts) while ensuring strict brand consistency.
- Social Media Management: Handle daily operations for our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts. This includes creating monthly content calendars and engaging with our audience (replying to DMs and comments).
- Content Production: Shoot on-site photos and videos, and edit them into aesthetic, high-performing Reels and TikToks.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling captions and promotional texts in both English and Indonesian.
- Collaborate with the management team to brainstorm opening campaigns and assist in coordinating influencer/KOL partnerships.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in Graphic Design and Social Media Management (experience in hospitality, hotels, or F&B is a huge plus).
- Proficient in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and video editing apps (CapCut, VN, Premiere, etc.).
- Deeply in tune with the latest social media algorithms, trending audio, and visual trends on TikTok and Instagram.
- Excellent written communication skills (Bilingual: Fluent in English & Indonesian).
- Creative, self-motivated, able to meet tight deadlines, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced pre-opening environment.
- Currently residing in Bali.
