About the role
We are seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist who is organised, creative, and data-driven to lead the company's digital presence. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in designing engaging content, but also has analytical capabilities to manage publication schedules, execute digital advertising campaigns, and optimise website assets.
Key responsibilities
- Daily Social Media Management: Manage, schedule, and execute a structured content calendar (Monday-Friday) across major platforms: Instagram (Feeds & Reels), TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Analytics & Data Reporting: Track and report audience growth metrics (followers) regularly, and evaluate the effectiveness of each content campaign.
- Creative Content Production: Create diverse content formats, e.g., weekly industry quotes, educational videos, and product promotion posters. Edit short videos and design engaging technical copywriting.
- Digital Advertising (Paid Ads): Plan, execute, and analyse the performance of Google Ads campaigns daily, and research expansion opportunities in other media such as Meta Ads and YouTube Ads.
- Website Management & SEO: Perform regular updates to the company website product catalogue and write SEO-standard blog articles related to company products.
- Graphic Design & Marketing Support: Design marketing materials such as product brochures, posters, company calendars, business cards, and clean up PowerPoint presentation materials for B2B seminar purposes.
About you
- Minimum S1 education (Background in Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related fields will be an added value).
- Minimum 2 years of work experience.
- Experience managing multi-platform social media with a strict content calendar.
- Proficient in using design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe, CapCut, Canva).
- Basic to intermediate experience running digital advertising dashboards (particularly Google Ads).
- Able to read technical/industry product specifications and convert them into easy-to-understand marketing language.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to monitor account growth analytics.
