Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist
About the Role
This position combines social media management, digital marketing, and B2B marketplace management to strengthen the company's online presence and support business growth. We welcome candidates with strong digital marketing skills who are eager to learn about industrial products and B2B marketplaces.
What You'll Do
* Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms.
* Create content, including product posts, company updates, and marketing materials.
* Support digital marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's online presence and brand awareness.
* Manage and optimize the company's profiles on B2B marketplaces (e.g. Indotrading and Indonetwork) to increase product visibility and generate business leads.
* Assist in maintaining website content and other digital marketing channels.
* Handle customer inquiries from digital platforms and support marketing administration.
* Monitor digital marketing and marketplace performance, providing ideas to improve engagement and lead generation.
* Support other marketing-related projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communication, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or related roles.
* Good command of English for daily communication is a must.
* Familiar with Canva and major social media platforms.
* Experience with B2B marketplaces (Indotrading, Indonetwork, etc.) is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of SEO, website management, AI tools, or basic photo/video editing.
* Experience working with industrial, engineering, or manufacturing products is a plus.
