Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal D3, diutamakan Marketing, Komunikasi, Multimedia, atau bidang terkait.

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, Creative Content, atau posisi sejenis.

Memahami pengelolaan dan pengembangan konten untuk Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, dan platform digital lainnya.

Kreatif dan mampu membuat konsep konten yang menarik, relevan, dan sesuai dengan karakter brand.

Mampu melakukan foto dan video shooting serta editing untuk kebutuhan Reels, TikTok, Shorts, dan konten digital lainnya.

Menguasai aplikasi editing seperti CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, atau aplikasi sejenis.

Memahami tren media sosial, content trends, dan mampu menghasilkan konten yang engaging.

Mampu membuat content plan, content calendar, caption, dan copywriting sederhana.

Memahami dasar insight dan analytics media sosial serta mampu mengevaluasi performa konten.

Aktif, komunikatif, percaya diri, dan nyaman tampil di depan kamera menjadi nilai tambah.

Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim dan terbiasa bekerja dengan target.
