Job description for Social Media & Creative Content Specialist at CURA MEDIKA
Job Description
As our Social Media & Content Specialist, you will be responsible for the end to end content
creation and digital marketing efforts across Cura.id’s social media channels.
- Plan and create daily content for Cura.id’s social media platforms (mainly Instagram, TikTok, and Threads)
- Create high-quality visual content (photo/video/reels/graphic) for marketing purposes
- Full content production cycle: dari ideation, moodboard, shooting, editing, and uploading
- Monitor content performance and gather insights using analytics tools. Analyze social media performance and provide monthly reports and insights
- Collaborate on influencer marketing or cross-brand campaign ideas
- Support in designing creative merch or offline campaign needs
- Stay updated with trends and adapt them to Cura's style
Requirements
- Punya experience min. 1 tahun di bidang konten, social media, digital marketing (fresh grad? okay, as long as your portfolio strong)
- Bisa graphic design & video editing (at least intermediate level Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc)
- Up to date dengan tren konten di Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- Familiar with basic insight tools: Meta Business, TikTok analytics, IG tools, dll
- Good communication skills, confident in giving ideas & feedback
- Strong copywriting skills in both Bahasa Indonesia & English. Bisa nulis caption yang relate, ga kaku, dan stand out
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty, health, and lifestyle industries
- Punya basic knowledge tentang SEO, ads, & campaign metrics
- Pernah handle konten klinik, beauty brand, atau medical
