Social Media & Content Specialist — Gurih 7 & Rumah Talas | Bogor
Role Summary
Own end-to-end organic social media and content execution for both brands: plan, create, post, engage, and report. Deliver consistent content that grows reach, engagement, and store visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Social media planning and execution: monthly/weekly content calendar, daily posting, captions, hashtags, and brand-consistent tone.
- Content production: shoot and edit short-form videos and photos (Reels/TikTok/Stories), simple on-site content capture, and basic editing.
- Community management: handle DM/comments, respond fast, manage inquiries, and escalate issues to the right team.
- Growth & performance: track insights, test formats, improve reach/engagement, and deliver weekly reports with action points.
- Campaign support: support launches, promos, events, collaborations, and seasonal moments with timely content.
- Social listening: monitor trends, competitors, and customer feedback; propose content ideas and improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Design, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years in social media and content (F&B/hospitality preferred).
- Strong Instagram/TikTok understanding and proven ability to produce consistent content.
- Comfortable shooting and editing (mobile-first is OK); familiar with CapCut/Canva or similar tools.
- Good writing and customer-facing communication for DM handling.
- Organized, fast, detail-accurate, and willing to work on-site for content capture.
