Job description for Social Media & Content specialist ( internship) at PT Organika Alam Semesta
- Brainstorms campaign ideas and create creative & engaging contents across all social media.
- Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content.
- Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok.
- Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
- Assists in creating performance report.
- High interest and passionate about Beauty industry.
- Social Media savy and high interest in creating good contents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good illustration skill is preferred.
- Familiar with Adobe Suite (such as Photoshop and Illustrator) is preferred.
