- Be a talent, model, or a cast member for our content / ads.
- Manage Elaya's social media, escpecially Instagram and TikTok.
- Creating Content plan with the creative and marketing team.
- Identify the latest social media trends and implement them into a content strategy to attract views and engage with audience.
- Work alongside with creative and marketing team to develop fresh social media content on a daily basis and be involved in the end - to - end process of content production.
- Monitor the performance of created content and growth of the account, including but not limited to number of likes, followers, comments, etc.
- Proactively suggest new creative ideas to enhance content engagement.
Job Requirement:
1. 2 years of experience in Social Media Specialist
2. Passionate about beauty industry.
3. Possess broad knowledge and experience working with social media platforms, whether professionally or personally.
4. Comfortable and confident working in front of camera.
5. Required soft skills : time management, content writing, and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
6. Fluent in bahasa Indonesia and English (both oral and writter )
