Job description for Social Media and Content Marketer at ServBridge Incorporated Pte Ltd
- Come up with marketing solutions and recommendations according to clients' business goals and budget
- Produce written content (e.g. articles, listicles, reviews, opinion pieces, etc.); Read, research on B2B and B2C trending topics and opportunities
- Research, identify and develop relationships with influencers and/or strategic partners to drive brand awareness for our clients within their community
- Proofread, copyright and edit articles, texts, messages, emails, and other collaterals
- Management of clients' marketing calendar and tracking of campaign performances for growth, engagement, promotion, and conversion
- Responsible for the co-ordination, execution and optimisation of a spectrum of digital and social campaigns (Paid/Organic Social, Paid Search, Email, Influencer Partnerships etc)
- Research, identify and develop relationships with KOLs and/or strategic partners to drive brand awareness for our clients within their community
- Be involved in Agency’s marketing activities, lead generation, business development and growing of sales pipeline
- Includes management of agency-led events, such as webinars, round-table talks, and networking sessions
- General research support to provide timely information to support marketing and business development activities
- Maintain records of conversations and updating databases, reporting to the relevant Business Managers on your progress
- An enterprising and highly self-motivated individuals who have a drive to help others and themselves succeed
- Highly passionate for content creation and social media management. You should possess a creative eye and detail for aesthetics, as well as an excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Basic proficiency with design softwares
- You must be eager to learn with a can-do attitude and resilient spirit
- Should possess impeccable attention to details, but also have the ability to think from a broad-perspective
- Ability to conceptualise and execute excellent marketing campaigns from start to finish under tight timeline
- In-depth training will be provided by the company; hence individuals with no prior experience but with the right attitude are welcomed
- 90% Remote work
- Weekly catch up (first month for training) in person/remote
