Key Responsibilities
- Lead Sisi Pesona's channels (youth culture, news, entertainment) by developing strategies, content pillars, and editorial calendars.
- Manage full content lifecycles from ideation and production to publishing and optimization.
- Execute Sisi Pesona IPs, events, and brand partnerships.
- Monitor channel performance, analyze audience data, and report insights to drive growth.
- Capitalize on pop culture and viral trends while maintaining consistent visual and editorial branding.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Media, or Content Marketing.
- Deep understanding of major platforms, internet trends, and Gen Z culture.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, project management, and visual/editorial taste.
- Data-driven, creative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work at Jakarta Timur.
