Job description for Social Media & Content Creator at Uji Matcha
We are looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Creator to handle our channels from end to end. In this role, you will bring our brand to life by planning monthly calendars, creating engaging visual stories, and staying ahead of viral trends. You will also manage our daily online community, lead influencer/KOL collaborations, and team up with internal partners to run campaigns. If you love creating fresh content and tracking metrics to grow an audience, we want you on our team!
Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field (Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling social media in the F&B or Cosmetics industry.
- Proficient in content creation and editing (Canva, CapCut, or AI-powered design tools).
- Experienced in handling communities and coordinating with influencers/KOLs.
- Able to analyze social media metrics and stay highly up-to-date with current trends.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English skills are required.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, organize, and maintain a monthly content calendar across all platforms
- Create and develop content and storytelling
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and platform features.
- Answer comments and direct messages (DMs) to stay close with followers.
- Find and contact influencers/KOLs for product endorsements and collaborations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to support social media campaigns and collaborations.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and share insights for improvement.
