Job Description:
- Social Media Support: Assist in the daily management of official social media accounts to maintain a consistent brand voice and professional online presence.
- Content Production Assistance: Support the end-to-end creative process, including brainstorming ideas, scriptwriting, and assisting during video shoots (acting as talent, voice-over, or production assistant as needed).
- Creative Editing: Help create and edit high-impact, short-form video content (Reels/TikTok) and graphic assets using tools like CapCut, VN, and Canva.
- Market Research: Conduct regular research on viral trends, platform updates (Instagram & TikTok), and competitor activities to provide fresh suggestions for content improvement.
- Community Engagement: Assist in fostering an online brand community by monitoring and responding to audience interactions (comments and messages) under team supervision.
- Performance Monitoring: Support the team in compiling basic performance reports by tracking engagement metrics and growth data to learn how to optimize content strategy.
Requirement:
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or currently pursuing studies in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, or related fields.
- Industry Passion: A strong interest in and familiarity with Skincare, Beauty, or Mom & Baby trends.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in mobile video editing (CapCut/VN) and graphic design (Canva). Familiarity with project management tools like Trello is a plus.
- Content Savvy: Active user of Instagram and TikTok with a basic understanding of their features and algorithms.
- Soft Skills: A proactive "can-do" attitude, eager to learn, creative, and comfortable being in front of the camera if required.
- Analytical Mindset: Basic knowledge of Google Trends and platform analytics to help identify what makes content go viral.
