Social Media & Content Creator
Location: Sanur, Bali (On-site)

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Creator to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for creating engaging content for our travel brands, developing creative ideas, producing social media content, and supporting content production across various locations in Bali. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys storytelling, creating engaging videos, and bringing creative concepts to life.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Develop creative content ideas that align with current social media trends.
- Direct and coordinate content production during photo and video shoots.
- Confidently communicate and interact during content production, including voice-over, interviews, or off-camera conversations when needed.
- Work closely with the marketing and media team to produce high-quality content.
- Travel to different locations around Bali for content creation.
- Assist in planning content calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content.
- Support other marketing and content-related projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Female applicants only.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about content creation.
- Comfortable speaking and communicating during content production, even if not appearing on camera.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
- Comfortable working outdoors and traveling around Bali for content production.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Must own a personal laptop.
- Willing to work on-site in Sanur, Bali.
- Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or similar platforms for content creation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
- Previous experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong storytelling skills and an understanding of what makes content engaging.
