Creative Content Strategist

EYESIGHT mencari Creative Content Strategist yang kreatif, analitis, dan update dengan tren media sosial — seseorang yang bisa mengubah insight dan data menjadi ide konten yang engaging dan berdampak pada pertumbuhan brand.

Kualifikasi

Minimal S1 di bidang Marketing, Komunikasi, Desain Komunikasi Visual, Media, atau sejenisnya.
Memiliki pengalaman min. 2 tahun di posisi Creative Strategist / Content Strategist / Social Media Planner / Brand Creative.
Diutamakan yang memiliki pengalaman di industri beauty, skincare, fashion, atau lifestyle.
Terbiasa bekerja di lingkungan brand e-commerce atau agensi kreatif dengan output konten harian/mingguan.
Menguasai social media analytics (TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights, Shopee Live Dashboard).
Mampu membuat content plan & calendar sesuai strategi marketing dan karakter audiens.
Memiliki kemampuan copywriting & storytelling yang kuat (khususnya untuk TikTok & Reels).
Mampu membuat creative brief & storyboard yang jelas dan terarah untuk tim desain/video.
Terbiasa menggunakan tools pendukung: Canva, Notion, Google Sheets, TikTok Creative Center.
Paham trend research & competitor analysis untuk menemukan ide konten yang relevan.
Punya sense of design & visual direction agar hasil konten tetap konsisten dengan brand EYESIGHT

Tanggung Jawab Utama

Menyusun content strategy & monthly content calendar berdasarkan campaign marketing dan insight performa.
Melakukan riset tren dan kompetitor untuk menciptakan ide konten yang relevan dan sesuai karakter brand.
Membuat creative brief & storyboard untuk tim desain, videografer, dan talent (termasuk moodboard, key message, tone, dan visual direction).
Menulis copy, caption, dan hook konten (khususnya TikTok & Reels) yang sesuai tone of voice brand.
Berkolaborasi dengan tim marketing, KOL, dan live commerce untuk memastikan storytelling dan pesan brand konsisten di semua platform.
Menganalisis performa konten (reach, engagement rate, CTR, watch time, conversion) dan memberikan rekomendasi improvement.
Membuat report bulanan performa konten dan insight yang actionable.
Menjaga kesinambungan antara brand aesthetic dan performance objective (awareness → engagement → conversion).

Eyesight known as the marketplace for korean contact lenses. Eyesight is a gather contact lens and beauty webstore. Eyesight also sell supporting products for contactlenses; such as solution water, travel kit, etc. Eyesight main sales are through website named www.eyesight.co.id

Establish from 2018. We started as a dropshipment, then tried to provide their own stock to be sold and marketed through the marketplace under the name Eyesight. Now Eyesight have their own brand with name Bloominc which has been registered with the Ministry of Health for a contact lens distribution permit

Starting with a dropshipment system, then growing 2 employees who are responsible for packing goods and processing goods.
