Job description for Social Media & Content Activation Internship at Izzy Group
Job Description:
- Support Izzy Social Club’s daily social media activities during operating hours.
- Capture real-time content, including venue atmosphere, guests, cocktails, food, events, and nightlife moments.
- Create and upload Instagram Stories and short-form content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Help keep Izzy’s social media active, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s image.
- Engage with followers through comments, mentions, and other social media interactions.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and identify content ideas that are relevant to Izzy’s audience.
- Assist the Marketing team with content creation for events, promotions, and social media activations.
- Collaborate with the outlet team to capture interesting and engaging moments during service.
Requirments:
- Passionate about social media, content creation, lifestyle, and nightlife culture.
- Comfortable working in a nightlife and hospitality environment.
- Willing to work evening/night shifts, especially during events and peak days.
- Able to capture and create engaging content on-site, including Instagram Stories, Reels, TikTok, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Familiar with current social media trends, TikTok/Instagram trends, and popular content formats.
- Proactive, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently and take initiative when creating content.
- Previous experience in content creation, social media, events, or F&B/nightlife is a plus.
