Job Description:
- Analyze social media performance across multiple client accounts on Instagram and TikTok.
- Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, impressions, and audience insights to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports for clients and internal teams.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve content strategy and campaign performance.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and social media trend research.
- Track campaign KPIs and ensure all performance data is properly documented and updated.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and account teams to optimize content based on analytics findings.
- Evaluate influencer/KOL campaign performance and audience engagement metrics.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Marketing, Communication, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and reporting skills.
- Familiar with Instagram & TikTok analytics tools, Meta Business Suite, and social media insights.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and performance data.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in a creative/digital agency is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
- Willing to work full Work From Office (WFO).
