Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Specialist

Jungle Padel Sanur – Bali

Join our team and help build the visual identity and digital presence of one of Bali's growing padel clubs through creative design, engaging content, and exciting events.

Responsibilities

• Create daily visual content for social media and digital platforms.
• Design promotional materials for tournaments, events, promotions, campaigns, and club activities.
• Develop social media graphics, posters, banners, digital advertisements, and other marketing collaterals.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, visual style, and communication across all marketing materials.
• Create and adapt content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate with management regarding design concepts, campaign materials, photography, and video content.
• Prepare and manage social media posting schedules.
• Support the creation of photo and video content when required.
• Collaborate with internal departments to collect information and create relevant promotional materials.
• Support the visual and promotional needs of tournaments, events, and club activations.
• Provide creative input to improve content quality, audience engagement, and brand visibility.
• Monitor basic social media performance and prepare simple weekly/monthly content reports.
• Manage and organize design files and marketing assets.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong graphic design skills with a good understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual composition.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent design tools.
• Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other video editing software is an advantage.
• Able to create engaging and visually appealing content for social media.
• Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of social media trends and content performance.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working during events, weekends, or tournaments when required.
• Experience or interest in sports, lifestyle, hospitality, or events is an advantage.

Portfolio is required.
