Kualifikasi:

1. Memahami dasar pengelolaan media sosial, terutama Instagram dan TikTok

2. Kreatif, update dan mengikuti tren sosial media terkini

3. Memiliki kemampuan menulis caption dan copywriting yang baik

4. Mampu mengoperasikan tools editing dasar: Canva dan CapCut

5. Teliti, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan bisa bekerja sesuai jadwal

6. Memiliki pengalaman handle akun brand menjadi nilai tambah

Job Desk Pekerjaan:

1. Mengelola & mempublikasikan konten untuk Instagram, TikTok, dan Rednote

2. Menjadwalkan posting konten sesuai target dan standar brand

3. Mampu mengunggah 3 konten per minggu untuk setiap platform (Instagram, TikTok, Rednote)

4. Konten Instagram & TikTok: membuat ide konten, caption, hashtag, editing sederhana, dan posting mandiri

5. Konten Rednote: Konten utama akan diberikan oleh perusahaan. Tugas hanya menyesuaikan tulisan, layout, dan publish (tidak perlu buat konten baru)

6. Memantau performa posting dan engagement akun secara rutin

7. Menjaga konsistensi visual dan kerapian seluruh akun sosial media

8. Membuat laporan performa media sosial secara berkala kepada atasan
