Job description for Social Media Admin Intern at DOKI
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Regularly post content on social media platforms as per the content plan.
- Respond to inquiries, address complaints, and provide necessary information to the audience.
- Monitor and manage direct messages (DMs) for specified clients
- Handle the coordination of giveaways, including the selection of winners in collaboration
- Prepare a monthly report for the next month from the admin's perspective.
- The process involves checking comments and DMs over the past month, identifying significant audience behaviors, and capturing insights to be included in a presentation to the client.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in social media administration or a related role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage giveaways.
- Familiarity with Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Proficient in creating and scheduling social media posts.
- Analytical thinking to capture insights from audience behaviors.
